With a focus on design-build projects, Jason brings creativity, precision, and a hands-on approach to façade systems and glazing work.
When he’s not on the job, Jason enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors with his family, embracing the same curiosity and energy he brings to his work.

As the tactical lead for project delivery and field installation management at Sargent Construction, Casey brings precision, discipline, and a problem-solving mindset to every job site. He’s laser-focused on executing projects with excellence and is known for his ability to identify detailed, long-term solutions — not quick fixes — when challenges arise. Casey’s approach ensures that every phase of installation is efficient, intentional, and built to last.
Outside of work, Casey enjoys soccer, surfing, and spending time outdoors with his wife and daughter, always embracing the same focus and energy he brings to the field.

A legitimate glass nerd, Brad is genuinely passionate about the industry — always staying ahead of evolving technologies and best practices to deliver smart, high-performance solutions.
When he’s not diving into project specs or system details, Brad enjoys roasting his own coffee and cooking for friends and family.

Brad is a focused and detail-driven professional who believes that preparation is the most powerful tool in any project. With a commitment to fully understanding each job in depth, he strives for Sargent to deliver the most informed, accurate, and responsible proposals possible. Once selected he wants to ensure the same level is brought to the project, from cradle to grave. His thoughtful approach ensures clarity, confidence, and value from day one.
Outside of the office, Brad proudly embraces his inner nerd — he is an avid collector of geekery, including Magic: The Gathering. He is a massive fan of live music events, and genuinely loves spending time at the beach with his family.
